21st Century Standards for Learning for Hellmansoft's Planbook
I use Hellmansoft's Planbook for my lesson plans. It syncs to my ical and is customizable. I can print out the lessons for a guest teacher or post to the web for parents to view.

21st Century Standards for Learning / AASL xlsx (You need to convert to CSV file before uploading. If you are a MAC user, upload to Numbers and export as a CSV with utf-8 encoding turned on. I have the CSV file but this program won't allow me to upload it. I would be happy to email it to you though.
